I just need a couple more items to finalize the application approval. Please send me the Channel Letter return color They are trying to decide on the final color. It will be a metallic, silver finish. Please confirm the actual address is 5465 E Main Street (the Parcel address shows like that on our GIS), but the application was filed under 5459. You are correct I gave you the main Carmel Dads Club building. The address given to the new fieldhouse by the city is 5459 Main Street, Carmel, Indiana 46033 Please send me the vertical Spandrel size (see schematic below): Please see attached. The overall spandrel height is 8’-6” from the canopy top to the bottom of the gutter. There is a color change that forms a “panel”, it doesn’t change material, only color, that panel is 6’-0” tall. Also, please be aware that since you are now putting in front lit channel letters, regardless of the fact that you will turn off lights at end of business (I guess that is around 10pm?), if the neighbors complain, the lighting intensity may have to be adjusted. The closest residence is 1,476 feet from the signage location. We will let CDC know this information.
