Bruner, Jim Blanchard, Sarah Lillard,
and one other rep for builder. Project
is FDN and ARCH only at submittal. Bldr
will fax STR release to Lillard-which
was recieved on 5/4/06. A hold on the
rough is placed until the rest of the
plans and State releases are reviewed
and released. Bldr is to provide
Blanchard a copy of the IDEM letter or
Certificate of Elevation prior to
release of permit. Letter of request
for variance re: sprinklers included in
submittal. Discussion re: inspections,
and fees for extra/additional inspects.
Per Jim Blanchard: City of Carmel will
not require permits for the tower or
the aeration structures, which are
non-occupiable and are not required to
go through the State, per the GAR.

must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date. .
