23B.10.04 Protection of Existing Trees:
Sites with existing trees or stands of trees should make reasonable efforts to
incorporate them into the overall site design. The Landscape Plan must prese.

23B.10.05 Waivers:
The Plan Commission may grant a waiver to the dimensional and quantitativ
