John Holdcraft and I got together Thursday afternoon to discuss his garage request.
We went through some City of Carmel restriction documents that may need to be followed. John and I both talked to the same
person at the city to navigate the documents, specifically, the Carmel Unified Development Ordinance. Due to the city restrictions a
variance from the city may or may not be required. John will determine and complete that process.
I have agreed with John's request to go forward with a 24 x 30 foot structure with 1 car garage door - plus all of the other rules
appling (matching house, setbacks, height, etc.).
Please let me know quickly if there are any questions or concerns with this approach as there could be paperwork filing deadlines
John would like to meet.
