construction plans for this subdivision. Unless stated, no
infonnation about fluctuating water tables, son conditions, or soil

recommended that the basement finished floor elevations be at
leost two feet (2') obove the normal pool devation of ony
adpining bodies of water, unless a study of facts reveals
