RE: CMC Properties Business Park (06010026 ADLS Amend)
Dear Mr. Coots:
This letter is in response to your Architectural Design, Lighting, and Signage Amendment
application for the CMC Properties Business Park. Comments and concerns are as follow:
1. A sign is indicated on the proposed building elevation, however, it is not to scale.
Please provide a scalable rendering of the proposed sign. Please also indicate
Golden Section details of the proposed sign.
2. Please indicate which of the two proposed office structures will be built, on an
updated site plan.
3. Please submit elevations indicating all four sides of the proposed structure,
including any proposed signage and Golden Section details, to scale.
4. The proposed square footage on the elevations and landscape plan sheet does not
match the proposed square footage on the site plan. Please clarify the proposed
square footage.
This item does not need to go to the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). Additional
comments may be made after the requested revisions have been submitted, and after the item has
gone before the Plan Commission.
