Builder stated that release should also
have included ELEC, MECH, and PLUM. He
is going to contact State and his
architect to get these releases. He
was told at submittal meeting on 5/17/06
that the Rough-in inspection will be
put on hold until State release for
these is received.
ALSO discussed at meeting: hold will
be placed on Rough for the above listed
reason, and for submittal of plumbing
contractor's name and State license
number. Also, suite number assignments
were given by S.Lillard. Space farthest
to the left (as you face the front of
the building) will be 100. The next
space to the right is 120. The third
space from the left is 140. The space
on the right end of the building, which
will be Prudential Allen Real Estate,
will be 160. With this permit, suites
100 and 160 will be fully finished, and
the two interior spaces will be in
between shell and white box finish.
Builder knows that those spaces will
require further interior permits when
they are going to be built out.
Inspections, smoke walls and openings,
and how fees may be assessed for
additional/extra inspections were also
discussed at the meeting.
Docket # for project: 05090008 ADLS.
Copy of Brewer's stamped site plan in
file. As of submittal, Planning &
Zoning cannot locate their stamped
copies of the elevations, but per Matt
Griffin, they were stamped/approved.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (CIO issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
