Providing false information constitutes an act of pe~ury, which is a Class 0 felony punishable by a prison term and a fine up to $10,000. In accordance with Section 19 of the General Administrative Rules (675 lAC 12-6-19) a complete set of plans and specmcations that conform exactly to the design that was released by the office of the state building commissioner shall be maintained on the construction jobsite as well as a copy of the design release. 3B111.2 This is a partially submitted and released project. Subsequent submittals shall be accompanied by a completed standard I partial form (ACDR) and proper fees in accordance with 675 lAC 12-6-15(c). Buildings shall be accessible to persons with disabilities in accordance with Section 1.2 (1 through 5) and (2), Part 1, Chapter 11, IBC (675 lAC 13-2.4).
