At least one cross-section must show R-values of building materials, listed and totaled out to the side, to ensure compliance with the Indiana Energy Codes. If Manufactured Trusses are used, truss diagrams must be included with the building plans, for all trusses being used. Truss diagrams must be STAMPED with the seal of the registered architect or engineer who is responsible for that design. NO NOTES' The building & Sewer Shall be pve sewer pipe meeting ASTM specifications 3034 SDR 35 of latest revision; or vitrified clay pipe, meeting ASTM specifications C-700 for extra strength clay pipe of latest revision unless other materials are hereby permitted in writing. The sewer shall be installed in accordance with ASTM 2321 for pve pipe and the Uniform Plumbing Code for the State of Indiana. All installations shall be in strict compliance with pertinent City of Carmel ordinances. Back Water check valves shall be installed in accordance with City Code Section 9-122(a), and sections P3008.1 and .2 of the International Residential Code. All building sewers shall be 6" diameter. All installations shall be "onen trench" inspected and approved bv the Cannel Sewer Denartment before any backfilline is done. Non- compliance may result in digging up the sewer installation and/or denial of future sewer permits and/or denial of water connections. No footing or foundation drains or other sources of ground water or storm water shall be pennitted to enter the public sewer. Sewer insoections should be reQuested at (317) 571-2648 one to four hours in advance. No inspections or installations will be made on Saturday or Sunday or holidays unless arrangements are made at least 24 hours in advance. All plumbers or contractors installing sewer (or water) lines shall have a plumbers bond posted with the CITY ENGINEER'S OFFICE.
