At the meeting held Monday, June 26, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variance application filed by you for the property located at 126 Medical Drive.
APPROVED: Docket No. 06050016 V Development Standards Variance for landscape bufferyard requirement.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is June 26, 2007.
