drawing should be reported to The Schneider

the contractors assumption of all liability.
Note:
The basement elevation, depicted hereon, has been
determined and based upon the pad grades and/or
contours taken from the construction plans for this
subdivision. Unless stated, no information about fluctuating
water tables, soli conditions, or son twes has been
provided or stated on said plans. It is recommended that
the basement finished floor elevations be at least two feet
(2') above the normal pool elevation of any adpining
bodies of woter, unless 0 study of facts reveals
otherwise. If during- the excavation process any ground
water is witnessed, The Schneider Corporation should be
notified immediately, The basement elevation shoold be
raised two feet (2') obove the ground water, and
additional construction techniques should be incorporated
to alleviate future problems.
