property line and the letter indicating approval from the neighbor. Your request is APPROVED.
As our covenants do not include requirements for coverage area, your plan is not in conflict with any other restrictive covenants.

Sorry to bother again. I spoke to the city again about our project. We are going to put a roof structure over part of the area we wish
to put new concrete per the October variance. The structure with be 17 x 17 next to the porch in front of the kitchen window. The
structure will be 11’ off of property line. The city asked for HOA approval in order to get a permit. Could you help me with this one
too? Promise I won’t bother you after these. I have attached a couple current photos of the area for reference. Thanks!
