All installations shall be "open trench" inspccted and approved bv the Carmel Sewer Deoartment before anv backfilling is done. Non- compliance may result in digging up the sewer installation and/or denial of future sewer permits and/or denial of water connections. No footing or foundation drains or other sources of ground watcr or storm watcr shall be pemlitted to enter the public sewer. Sewer insoections should be reauested at (317) 571-2648 one to four hours in advance. No inspections or installations will be made on Saturday or Sunday or holidays unless arrangements are made at least 24 hours in advance.
