1.PROVIDE SHOP DRAWINGS SIGNED AND STAMPED BY INDIANA PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEER FOR ALL BOARDWALK ELEMENTS, INCLUDING ABUTMENTS AND
FOUNDATIONS.
2.TREADS AND BEAMS SHALL BE PRECAST BOARDWALK SYSTEM BY PERMATRAK, OR
APPROVED EQUAL. SUBMIT DETAILED SHOP DRAWINGS.
3.PRECAST ELEMENTS SHALL BE FREE OF CHIPS, CRACKS, AND SEAMS.
4.PRECAST ELEMENTS SHALL BE INTEGRAL COLOR WITH SANDBLAST FINISH. SUBMIT
COLOR AND FINISH SAMPLES FOR REVIEW.

DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS AND THE LRFD GUIDE SPECIFICATION FOR THE DESIGN OF
