the following was discussed/agreed on:
--FDN only at this time. Rough will be
held until rest of State releases and
plans are submitted/reviewed/released.
--Rough will also be held until the
sewer permit from CTRWD is submitted
to the Building office.
--They need to speak with Morris Hensley
re: the well/hole for the elevators.
--S.Liliard will track down Brewer's
stamped landscape plans prior to
issuance.
DOCKET #'s for project are: 154-00 Z,

This pennit is valid only if construction commences within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
