Just to let you know all plan issues per our comment letter have been completed to our satisfaction. We are'
incapable to send an allocation letter due to testing requirements downstream, therefore IDEM cannot issue a I
permit, which we require to complete the application. Again all other issues have been completed excluding the
executed IDEM Permit. Thanks again and please call with any questions in regards to Parkwood West if you
need any clarification.

the building permit. You may have already taken care of this, due to your company's past '
experience with Our process. If you have, please let me know. Also, we have received an I
email from a representative of Clay Township Regional Waste District, which seems to indic~te

In regards to the pre-submittal meeting on Parkwood West we would like to inform you that currently we are in
final reviews on Office Building "C" and Parking Plaza "B", in which we cannot send out a sewer allocation letter
until our new lift station (#2) is active. As for the other two office building and parking garage we have not seen
any plans since 2001 which have not recieved an IDEM Permit. Thanks, call with any questions.

The Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has approved that plans and they are ready for,
pickup at our office, since an additional pre-con will not be held. You will still need
to keep in contact with Jerry Liston from our office and comply with the approved erosion
and sediment control plan. I will have Carmel's sets bundled up separately and you will
need to drop Carmells approved copies back off at their office. If you have any
questions, please let me know.

Although the plans have not been certified, it appears that there are no outstanding issues. I believe that you
received all of your Board approvals today and you do not have to post bonds for any work in the right-of-way.
Amanda has indicated that she has issued a permit for earth disturbing activity.
Yes, you may start your site preparation work, as these other issues are resolved. On future projects, this will not
be the case. You will need to have both approved drawings and a earth disturbing permit prior to starting any
earth disturbing activity. I think this is a special case in that this project was approved previously.

Thanks for your comments in the email and in our conversation this morning. I just spoke with Jon Sheidler at
Wool pert and they are working to address the few comments that you have identified that still need to be
addressed. They are planning to send the revised plans to both yourself and Crossroads when they are complete
with the minor revisions.
One question still is - Can we proceed with site preparation work while Wool pert is still addressing the minor
comments? We have selected a contractor and we are ready to proceed with site clearing and grading. I believe
the comments for the storm system are relatively minor and I believe we will have no issues in addressing them.
Please let me know if we would be permitted to proceed with the site preparation with these few comments still
pending.

I have reviewed the Crossroads letter dated May 20, 2006. I agree in that the majority of the comments
are no longer valid as we agreed to "grandfather" this project from the new drainage standards as it was
approved some time ago. However, the following comments still need to be addressed prior to final plan
approval:
Item 6
Item 7 & 8: I would assume that the old plans indicated a spillway or some type of flood route for the
underground (and any above ground?) detention systems. The spillway does not have to conform to
Section 302.11 of the Storm Water Technical Standards Manual.
Item 9
Items 18-24: These discrepancies should be resolved prior to installing storm pipes.
I would expect that when these items are addressed. the Department would be prepared to approve the
drawings.

I just received this from Wool pert. Based on our previous meeting. I believe many of these comments go
away as we discussed the compromise of revising the detention system to accommodate the site only
and reduce the 10 year developed runoff to a rate that was lower and to a level that we could achieve
with some "simple" modifications to the previously approved system. Please let me know what if any of
these comments are in need of being incorporated.

Attached is a comment letter we received from Crossroad Engineers. I'm not sure if you sent them plans
directly or if Carmel or Hamilton County forwarded them plans. I would think these comments are void
based off of our coordination with Carmel and Hamilton County Surveyor's Office, but please let me know
how you would like to address this. We may need Carmel's help to convince them we are ok.
