Framing contractors are responsible for all labor,
for the scope of work specified on the drawings
provided by Custom Living.
Owner understands that Custom Living has only
provided a labor and material allowance for the
scope of Rough Carpentry work specified on
the drawings. Any additional work added or
uncovered during this scope will be filed as a
Change Order during construction
Owner understands that the drywall allowance is
based on an estimated board count and square
footage take-off. A final walk through with a
drywall contractor after framing and mechanical
rough-ins will be necessary to finalize drywall
installation and finish budgets.
Final drywall touch-ups will follow countertop
installation.
