I live in The Trails at Avian Glen and am unable to attend he zoning discussion in person. Please consider my feedback via
this email.
I am strongly opposed to allowing a retail operation in that location. Cars would be entering and exiting from the parking
lot to Main Street directly across from our entrance and exit. That would create a dangerous situation for all motorists
and especially for the kids walking and bike riding home from Clay Middle School. It also could create a backlog of cars
potentially blocking ambulances or fire trucks from the station. No retail outlet should be permitted in that space.
