Hello,
As residents of the Trails at Avian Glen, my husband and I are against rezoning of the property on Main Street near
Badger Fields.
This is a residential area and the property is not a fit for the area. A State Farm office doesn’t bring any value to that
area. An office space with increased traffic right at the entrance of 2 neighborhoods will make it even more challenging
for residents entering and leaving the neighborhoods. Sports traffic already creates problems. We also contend with
traffic from Northview church.
A business is a better fit at the corner of Hazel Dell and Main or in the strip mall at 126th and Gray where business are
already established.
