As per your request, this letter confirms that CenterPoint Energy has retired gas facilities
at the above address on Sept 2, 2022. A possibility may still exist that there could be
other gas facilities on the property that could be unknown to CenterPoint Energy.
Provided that the demolition activities are restricted to the area where the structure is
located, you should be able to proceed with demolition without interference to
CenterPoint Energy distribution lines.

be in the area.
