It is a gray tone that matches the house versus the red paint we had. Do I need to get that approved

No/yes...As long as the trex color you are using is wood color-ff you are wanting a different color that
is not with the wood colors-then it would need to be approved.
But the rest is just considered maintenance.

Hi Robyn,
Our deck is in need of repair. Do we need a HOA approval to replace our deck? We are looking to
replace all the boards over the base structure. Color would change to match the house. Material would
be Trex which is the durable manufactured wood planks.
