Sorry for the confusion on my part. I talked with Keith Lash about the matter today. The townhomes are
being constructed as a part of Section 6001, which has been approved. All of the existing roadway, alley
and utility infrastructure has been approved and is installed. The town homes are going to be constructed
like any other individual ~ome in the Village. The secondary plat for this area has been approved. The
current secondary plat does not show any lots in this area. The plan ,is..to replat ,the area and describe the
property lines to the party walls as constructed. .
Sarah, we have no issues with the issuance of the building permits.

Hello Mr. Duncan, My name is Tori Mitchell; I'm the Production Coordinator with
Beazer Homes.
On May 3, 2006 Sarah Lillard from the City of Carmel sent you an email regarding a
Pre- Submittal meeting for Beazer Town homes @ The Village of West Clay building
permits. You were to reply to her email within 48 hours if there were any outstanding
issues or concerns with potentially receiving a building permit. She has not had a
response from you as of today May 17, 2006. I was wondering if indeed there were
outstanding issues or concerns with this matter.
If there are indeed issues that need to be resolve can you please forward them to me
ASAP. lfnot could you please contact Mrs. Lillard today at the City of Carmel,
SLillard@carmel.in.gov.
A prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

no outstanding issues with this project. This area was all planned and reviewed with'

To the best of my knowledge, we have no record of a submittal under the name Beazer Town Homes. Do you I
know if this was submitted under a different name? We are currently reviewing Village of West Clay City Homes
in Section 3001, but we have not yet approved plans for that.

PLan Review for Italiante Buildings
Per the conversation held with a Beazer Rep. on Monday June 12, 2006;
1. Truss calculations submitted with the construction documents were not all stamped. All of the Truss
calculations must have an Engineers stamp.
2. Because the deck system is utilizing field built hardware with unfamiliar wood products and untypical framing
methods, we are asking that a registered
Design Professional address the entire deck system. This must be submitted for plan review.
