I talked with Keith Lash about the matter today. The townhomes are being constructed as a part of Section 6001, which has been approved. All of the existing roadway, alley and utility infrastructure has been approved and is installed. The town homes are going to be constructed like any other individual ~ome in the Village. The secondary plat for this area has been approved. The current secondary plat does not show any lots in this area. The plan ,is..to replat ,the area and describe the property lines to the party walls as constructed. . Sarah, we have no issues with the issuance of the building permits. You were to reply to her email within 48 hours if there were any outstanding issues or concerns with potentially receiving a building permit.
