information about fluctuating water tables, soD conditions. or soU

recommended that the basement finished floor elevations be at
leost two feet (2') above tho normai pool .ievation of any
adpining bodies of water, unless a study of facts reveals
otherwise. If during the excavation process any ground water is
witnessed, The Schneider Corporation should be notified
immediately. The basement elevation should be raised two feet
(2') above the ground water. ond additional construction
