PZ-2022-00204 V, PZ-2022-00206 V, PZ-2022-00207 V: Irish Residence, Variances Dear Mr. Monsey: At the meeting held on Monday, November 28, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 10381 Woodhall Lane: APPROVED: Irish Residence, Variances - Development Standards Variance approval for: • PZ-2022-00204 V: Minimum 30’ front yard building setback allowed, 25’ granted, • PZ-2022-00206 V: Window wells may encroach up to 24” into yard, 3’-8” encroachment granted into 10’ wide side yard, and • PZ-2022-00207 V: Maximum 35% lot coverage allowed, 52% granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is November 28, 2025. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
