Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ -2022-00213 SE - Elliot Short Term Residential Rental Dear Mr. & Mrs. Elliot: At the meeting held Monday, November 28, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) request filed by you for the property located at 10828 Timber Lane: APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2022-00213 SE - Elliot Short Term Residential Rental. • Condition: Code Enforcement will provide a report to the DOCS after 6-months • Condition: Coming to an agreement with the Carmel Engineering Dept. about the sidewalk requirement (such as the homeowner will pay for (or install) sidewalks along their street frontages if/when the city ever installs sidewalks in the neighborhood). Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is November 28, 2023.
