I did not realize I had to get an inspection on the
connecting of a porch roof when the framers connected
the roof to the existing house. I had not built a porch
after building the house years before, on any house.
This fine would represent about one third the profit
I made to do the project. If earmel needs it more than
my wife & I do,I guess you will have to go for it.
My former partners apparently did not think my 40 years
with was worth anything and in the books acted accordingly
with sucess. We will not be building any more specs in
Carmel or any other place because of this trust in the
family business.
