At the meeting held Monday, June 26, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variance applications filed by you for the property located at 350 E. 96111 Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 06050011 V Development Standards Variance for accessory building height.
APPROVED: Docket No. 06050012 V Development Standards Variance for accessory building front yard setback.
APPROVED: Docket No. 06050013 V Development Standards Variance for accessory building side yard setback.
APPROVED: Docket No. 06050014 V Development Standards Variance for accessory building lot coverage in side
yard.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is June 26, 2007.
