You will need a drawing of what the banner looks like with dimensions of the signage portion of the banner only. If
you draw a rectangle that encompasses the full graphic/text areas then measure the height and width. Also provide
the height from ground to bottom of sign and a drawing of the banner on the building elevation. A letter of
approval form the tenant as well as the landlord will be required.

RE: Exterior signage for temporary retail location
To whom it may concern,
Evereve is currently located at 14935 Clay Terrace Blvd, Suite 120, Carmel, IN 46032. This
location will soon be under construction to expand the footprint and renovate the space. To
allow for construction, we will be moving our retail operations to a temporary space on
December 5, 2022. The address of the temporary location is 14405 Clay Terrace Blvd Suite
130 Carmel, IN 46032.
We will need temporary exterior signage to identify this location.
As the tenant we have reviewed and approved these drawings.

Construction Graphics Permit Approval
RE: Graphics for construction barricade and storefront windows while under construction
To whom it may concern,
Evereve is located at 14935 Clay Terrace Blvd, Suite 120, Carmel, IN 46032. We are
currently mobilizing to begin an interior remodel and expansion of this space along with
modifications to the storefront structure.
We will require a small barricade to be erected on the exterior of store where we will be
replacing the storefront. While under construction we will need graphics on this barricade
as well as graphics covering the windows of the remainder of the space.
As the tenant we have reviewed and approved these drawings. In addition, all plans have
been reviewed and approved by landlord.
