Please find enclosed one set of Site Construction Plans and Plat for the above referenced project. The plans
have been revised per various comments made at the July 16,2003 Carmel T AC meeting. Revisions and/or
comments are as follows:
I. Improvements within the Estates of West Clay (western adjoining subdivision) are denoted on the
plans.
2. Walks and handicaps ramps have been updated to denote additional ramps and the deletion of the
Chat path.
3. Monumentation has been revised t include the deletion of concrete monuments between phases of
development.

This letter serves to acknowledge receipt of a transmittal containing the Construction Plans and
Secondary Plat for the Village of West Clay, Section 9006. After reviewing the plans, the Highway
Department has the following comments:
1. The Application for Review was received, but the check was not Included. Please forward the
check Immediately. No approvals will be granted until all review fees have been received.
2. The Drainage and Utility Easements must continue across the frontage of the Common Areas. If
the Common Areas are named as D&U.E In the covenants and restrictions. Please label them on
the plat as such.
3. A two-foot non-access easement Is needed behind the right of way for 131. Street. The easement
should extend to the north end of the comer CLlts at the entrance.
4. Please provide street cross sections 25' north and souto of the 36" RCP under Dumbarton Street.
6. Add the roundabout ahead signs and the necessary "One Waf signs to the Traffic COntrol Plan.
The locations should be similar to those in existing sections of the Village.
6. Please label the existing structure A714 on the plan sheets.
7. A Maintenance of Traffic Plan is needed.

Dear Keith:
This letter is in response to your Secondary Plat filing for Village of West Clay - Secondary Plat of S~~tinn 9006.
The following issues must be resolved prior to signature of the plat by the director:
1. Change monuments to concrete at boundary of section, as required under SCO 8.2.1 (2).
2. Have Mylar signed by property owner prior to signature by director.
Please submit a revised Secondary Plat with the above-mentioned changes. Once these changes have been made and
comments addressed, please produce a mylar copy for signature by this Department. Two paper copies of the plat
must be filed with the mylar prior to recording. Three paper copies and a mylar of the recorded plat must be
submitted following recording. Our approval of the secondary plat (signature) Will be forthcoming upon revision of
the plans according to the items listed above.
