Karl F Meyer and Barbara B. Nleyer, husband and wife„ (hereinafter rererred to as
"Grantor") is as of 1�— _ 2019, granting; to the City of Carmel, Indiana,
(hereinatler referred to s ` ,ra►by Quitclaim Deed such real property described in Exhibit
A attached hereto and made a part hereof, subject to such matters set forth in the above -
referenced deed (the `Real Estate').
Grantor is unsure whether Grantor has any ownership interest in the Real Estate, or
whether any ownership interest has ever been conveyed to Grantor or Grantor's predecessors
under the chain of title by which Grantor acquired their property immediately adjacent to the
Real Estate. In an effort to facilitate the potential future improvement of the Real Estate by
Grantee which would benefit the Grantee as well as the public at large, Grantor is providing this
affidavit for the sole benefit oFGrantee.
Grantor has not executed, or permitted anyone in Grantor's behalf to execute, any
conveyance, mortgage, lien, lease, security afire --meat, financing statement or encumbrance of or
upon the Real. Grantor has made no contract to convey all or a part of the Real Estate and
Grantor has riot given to any person an option to purchase all or any part of the Real Estate and
has not previously executed or granted an interest in the Real Estate by any deed of conveyance
or other similar instrument.
Grantor is not acting, directly or indirectly, in any capacity whatsoever for any foreign
country or national thereof, and each Grantor is more than eighteen (18) years of age and a
citizen of the United States of America.
