Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2022-00234 V: LeBlanc Residence, Driveway Material Variance.
Dear Mr. Stein:
At the special meeting held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property
located at 2049 St. Andrews Circle (Crooked Stick Estates Subdivision, Lot 28):
APPROVED: LeBlanc Residence, Driveway Material - Development Standards Variance approval for:
• PZ-2022-00234 V: Concrete/asphalt/pavers hard surface required for parking area/driveway; Gravel
material granted.
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is December 13,
2025.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
