Lot 4 (82-01 ADLS) Dear Paul: At the meeting held September 18, 2001, the Cannel/Clay Plan Commission took the following action regarding the Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Sigoage petition filed for property located at 13190 Hazel Dell Parkway: APPROVED: Docket No. 82-01 ADLS, a petition for a multi-tenant, ground floor building. The Plan Commission voted thirteen (13) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition for the amended design as referred to the Plan Commission by the Special Studies Committee. When making application for future pennits regarding the improvements contained within this approval please include a copy of this letter in order to assist the Department's review. Reis of The Reis Law Firm on behalf of Plum Creek Partners, LLC, for property located at 13190 Hazel Dell Parkway: APPROVED: Docket No. SU-95-01, a petition to establish a multi-tenant, ground floor retail center. The Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition. This petition is also subject to the approvals granted by the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission under Docket Nos. 1-95 Z; 80-00 PP; and 82-01 ADLS.
