RE: Docket No. PZ-2022-00071 ADLS Amend: Hyundai Facade and Signage Change
Dear Mr. Lawrence,
The Carmel Planning Department took the following administrative action regarding approval for the renovation of the
exterior façade of the dealership. The renovation will update the façade to new Hyundai standards with bronze “wave”
paneling and a new paint color for the exterior of the building. Exterior wall and ground signage will also be updated. The
site is 6.77 acres and is located at 4200 E. 96th Street. It is zoned B-3/Business District and is not located within any
overlay zone.

In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
