The renovation will update the façade to new Hyundai standards with bronze “wave” paneling and a new paint color for the exterior of the building. Exterior wall and ground signage will also be updated. The site is 6.77 acres and is located at 4200 E. 96th Street. It is zoned B-3/Business District and is not located within any overlay zone.
