Pennsylvania Street Indianapolis, IN 46204 RE: Docket No. PZ-2022-00181 DP/ADLS: ERS - Old Meridian & Main Mixed-Use Building Dear Mr. James, The Carmel Plan Commission Hearing Officer took the following action at its in-person meeting on October 6, 2022, regarding site plan and design approval to develop a new mixed-use building, with approximately 22,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, 266 apartments, 22 condominiums, and a parking garage for approximately 582 vehicles. The site is located at 1017 West Main Street. The site is zoned C-2/Mixed Use District. APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2022-00181 DP/ADLS: ERS - Old Meridian & Main Mixed-Use Building • Final approval letters needed from: Urban Forestry, Engineering, Utilities, Transportation Systems, Fire, and Information Systems • Petitioner works with DOCS Staff to complete review process in Project Dox. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
