Mr. Rismiller:
Upon further review, the Department has found this property to not be within the City
limits, the Board of Public Works signature block is not correct. Please add the County
Commissioners signature block (Example is attached).
Once completed, please submit a revised Secondary Plat with the above-mentioned
changes. Once these changes have been made and comments addressed, please produce a
Mylar copy (with owner's signature) for signature by this Department. Two paper copies
of the plat must be filed with the Mylar prior to recording, and three paper copies and a
Mylar of the recorded plat must be submitted following recording. Our approval of the
secondary plat (signature) will be forthcoming upon revision of the plans according to the
items listed above.

6.) Please change dates on signature blocks to the year 2004.
7.) Please submit a revised Secondary Plat with the above-mentioned changes. Once these changes have been made and

Hello everyone:
Following are CTRWD comments on the agenda items effecting our sanitary sewers or service area for the August 22
TAC meeting. Please feel free to copy and distribute this email or attach it to your meeting minutes.
Orin Jessup Land Co. Re-Plat Lot 175a Home Place
The District has received plans for this re-plat which are significantly different than the ones submitted in August 2000.
The current plans show only one lot (rather than 2) but no information has been provided on how the property will
connect to the District's sanitary sewer.
Saddle Creek Sections 11 & 12
The District has received plans and the District's consulting engineers have completed their initial review. Once revisions
have been completed and reviewed, the plans will be ready to be submitted by the District to IDEM for State approval of
the sanitary sewer plans.
Indiana Development Training Center
The District has received plans although it is unclear if this project has any effect on the District's sewer system.
Additional information will need to be provided. Building permits should NOT be issued without the District's connection
permit.
J. C. Sipe Jewelers (Use Variance)
The District has received plans and provided comments to Fred Simmons, the project architect. The plans need to be
revised to include the District's construction specifications and information on the means of connection to the existing
sanitary sewer in the area.
Pike's Spring Mill Heights (Section 1, Lot 5) Dev. Stds. Variance)
This project is located in the District's service area but the neighborhood remains served by individual septic systems.
Input from the Hamilton County Health Department is recommended for any effect this building expansion has on the
existing septic system.

for a Small SubdIVIsion paid, before any approvals will be granted from this office. I have
enclosed a blank form for your use.
2. Driveway permits will need to be obtained before any new driveways are Installed. Please
contact Mr. James Farrell for the necessary fonns and information.
3. It appears that all other comments from an August 8, 2000 letter have been proper1y

2. A 15' drainage and utility easement is required behind the right of way
3. A'Z non access easement is required across the property frontage, except for the location of the
common drive.

5. The plat must be stamped by a Licensed Land Surveyor before recording.
6. A common drive permit will be required. Please contact Mr. James Farrell, Permit Inspector, for
the necessary forms and information. .
