Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section I, Township 17 North, Range 3 East, In Hamilton County,
Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 175 in Orin Jessup Land Company's First Addition to the Town
of Home Place, the plat of which is recorded in Deed Record 103, page 21 in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana; thence along the west line of said lot South 00 degrees 35 minutes 5\ seconds
East (bearings are assumed) 140.00 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence along the south line thereof
South 89 degrees 56 minutes 05 seconds East 103.93 feet to the east right-of-way line of Indiana Union
Traction Boulevard (as shown on said plat) and point on a non-tangent curve concave to the southeast
having a radius of 3852.72 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve and right-of-way line an arc distance
of \36.36 feet, said curve being subtended by a long chord bearing North 39 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds
East and a distance of 136.35 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 05 seconds West 77.53 feet to east
