Hi, Connor – From a planning/zoning department standpoint, I think the only remaining question we have is about Lot C and the townhomes. If those townhomes will be ‘for sale’ units, then each unit/lot will need to be platted. But I have heard through the grapevine that the townhomes will be ‘for rent’ only, so maybe having one big lot C will be okay? Other than that, my Dept. has no issues, pending resolving all remaining review comments from Willie and Alex.
