UTILITY STATEMENT:
The underground utilities shown have been located from field survey
information and existing drawings. Field survey information consisting of
paint markings found on the ground per the Indiana Underground Plant
Protection Service (IUPPS - 811). The paint markings shown hereon as
evidence of probable underground utility locations and are consistent with
typical utility markings. However, no utility report was provided to
authenticate these markings. The user of this plat/map should rely upon
such markings at their own risk. The surveyor makes no guarantees the
underground utilities comprise all such utilities in the area, either in-service
or abandoned. The surveyor further does not warrant the underground
utilities shown are in the exact location indicated, although the surveyor
does certify they are located as accurately as possible from information
available. The surveyor has not physically located the underground utilities.

Hi, Connor –
From a planning/zoning department standpoint, I think the only remaining question we
have is about Lot C and the townhomes. If those townhomes will be ‘for sale’ units,
then each unit/lot will need to be platted. But I have heard through the grapevine that
the townhomes will be ‘for rent’ only, so maybe having one big lot C will be okay?
Other than that, my Dept. has no issues, pending resolving all remaining review
comments from Willie and Alex.

As the only reviewers who provided “unresolved” comments on ePlan, could you
please provide an informal review of the attached Secondary Plat and confirm
acceptability?

We understand that one of the “unresolved” comments requires that the plat be
recorded. Please confirm that the city has no outstanding issues with the latest plat,
assuming Willie and Alex approve of the revisions. We will move to record the
document after receiving this confirmation.
