The exterior materials and colors for the two hotels are as follows:
Residence Inn: Red brick, creme-colored brick, creme EIFS, stone, clear glass windows,
and champagne-colored metal.
Springhill Suites: Red brick, creme-colored brick, creme EIFS, stone, clear glass
windows, and tinted glass windows.
All of the materials and colors for both hotels have remained the same as of the date of
the Commission's approval of our DP/ADLS on April 18, 2000. The only change we are
requesting under this ADLS Amendment application is the elimination of all standing
metal seam roofs from the Springhill Suites to give the hotel a more "commercial" look
consistent with the overall architecture along the Meridian Corridor and Special Studies'
comments regarding the Residence Inn.
