A. DASHED LINE REPRESENTS ITEMS TO BE REMOVED. COORDINATE ALL
DEMOLITION WITH COMPLETE SET OF DWGS. (PARTICULARLY THE STRUCTURAL
DRAWINGS).
B. CALL ARCHITECT WITH ANY DISCREPANCIES DISCOVERED BETWEEN DWGS
AND ACTUAL CONDITIONS OR WITH ANY OTHER QUESTIONS.
C. MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL TRADES TO REVIEW ACTUAL
CONDITIONS TO DETERMINE THE LEVEL OF DEMOLITION THAT WILL BE
REQUIRED.
D. PATCH AND REPAIR EXISTING SURFACES TO REMAIN AS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE
NEW FINISHES.
E. REFER TO STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS (FRAMING PLANS) FOR CLARIFICATION OF
STRUCTURAL CONDITIONS.
F. SOME ITEMS FROM THE DEMOLITION MAY WARRANT SALVAGE. COORDINATE
THESE ITEMS WITH CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (DOORS / HARDWARE /
WINDOWS / CABINETS, ETC).
G. PROTECT ALL ITEMS AND FINISHES INDICATED TO REMAIN.
H. NOTE SALVAGED ITEMS MAY BE SALVAGED BY OWNER, ARCHITECT, NOT-FOR-
PROFIT, OR SALVAGE SHOP TBD.
