Our sign package has no restriction on color, and size is the current standard for the Unified Development Ordinance. That current size standard for a wall sign on a multi -tenant ground floor building is that it can be no wider than 85% of the spandrel panel width and no higher than 70 % of the spandrel panel height, for each tenant. Your spandrel panel is 240 inches by 67.5 inches. 85% of 240 is 204 inches, and 70% of 67.5 inches is 47.25 inches. Thus, your sign complies with the LIDO and our sign package. I hereby authorize Premier Sign Group and its agents to install said sign at 1315 S. Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana 46032 at the Just Tacos Time restaurant.
