Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning appeals Hearing Officer meeting on Monday, the
23d day of January 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Carmel City Hall, 2"d floor Caucus Rooms, 1 Civic Square,
Carmel, In 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance application for the
following:
(V) !Cruse Garage Size Variance.
The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approval:
Docket No. PZ-2022-00245 V LIDO Section 5.02(B)(3) The combined square footage of the ground floor
area of a garage and/or accessory buildings shall not exceed 75% of the ground floor area of the principal
building, 111% requested. Seeking a variance in UDO Section 5.02 (13)(3)(a) to allow building an attached
garage with a ground floor square footage of 826.5. The UDO 5.02(B)(3)(a) only allows for an additional
structure ground floor square footage of 298.

Your legal notice will run (pending approval) in our 1/3 edition.
Please note, If you need further assistance with your legal notice, please contact the
authority you have been working with as I cannot legally change your document in any
capacity.
Your legal notice will be sent to our lay -out artist who formats it to fit our column size
parameters. A proof of the ad will be sent to you for you to review and approve along
with the estimated cost of the ad.
