Developer commits to this mitigation for a three- year period commencing on the release date of the street performance bond. It should be noted that the current proposed landscape schedule calls for adding 43 trees. An additional shade tree is required for each house if an existing tree cannot be preserved. Based upon our current landscape plan and schedule, we are already replacing inventoried trees at a ratio exceeding 1:1.
