Meridian St., Suite 380 Carmel, IN 46032 Re: Rohrer Road Development ng Services V, 1146 6,3', rAka OXna/i Enclosed is the Tree Inventory for the Rohrer Road property. A total of 109 trees comprised of 14 species were inventoried. These trees possess a total of 1644 diameter inches. Seven tree species account for 72% of the relative abundance. These four species are: silver maple (Acersaccharinum), hackberry (Ceitis occidenta/is), black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia), and black walnut (Jug/ans nigra). The majority of the species found on site were young trees that are fast growing, weak wooded species. A handful of trees that received a condition rating of 3 need further analysis to assess the structural stability of the individual tree. Trees that received a condition rating of 4 or 5 were not inventoried and are not listed. Trees that were determined to have a high potential to fail were not tagged but were marked with orange ribbon. These trees are potentially hazardous and should be removed. We appreciate this opportunity to work with you. Please contact us with any questions you may have about this work or any services we may offer in the future. I certify that all the statements of fact in this report are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and that they are made in good faith. Sincerely, Judson R.
