RESOLUTION CC 12-19-22-04 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, APPROVING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN THE 2022 PARKS DEPARTMENT BUDGET Synopsis: Transfers $200,000.91 within the 2022 Parks Department Budget to cover additional expenses related to the replacement of a culvert on the Monon Greenway. WHEREAS, the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and Ninety One Cents ($200,000.91) is needed to pay for expenses incurred within the Other Contracted Services line item in the 2022 Parks Department Budget; and WHEREAS, the 2022 Parks Department Budget has excess funds in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and Ninety One Cents ($200,000.91) in the following line items: Parks Department (1125): Line Item 4110000 – Full Time Regular $20,000.91 Parks Department (1125): Line Item 4111000 – Part -Time $180,000.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, that the Controller is authorized to transfer funds within the 2022 Parks Department Budget as follows: Parks Department (1125): Line Item 4110000 – Full Time Regular $20,000.91 Parks Department (1125): Line Item 4111000 – Part-Time $180,000.00 INTO Parks Department (1125): Line Item 4350900 – Other Cont.
