that the basement finished floor elevations be at least two feet (2')
above the normal pool elevation of any adjoIning bodies of water,
unless 0 study of facts reveals otherwise. If during the excavation
process any ground water is witnessed, The Schneider Corporation
should be notified immediately. The basement elevation should be
raised two feet (2') above the ground woter, a~d additional.
