construction plans for this subdivision. Unless stated, no
information about fluctuating water tables, soli conditions, or soil
types has been pro~ded or stated on sold plans. It Is
recommended that the basement tinished floor elevations be at
least two feet (2') above the normal pool elevation of any
adplnlng bodies of water, unless a study of facts reveals
otherwise. If during the excavation process any ground water Is
witnessed, The Schneider Corporation should be notified
Immediately. The bosemenl ~evatlon should be ro~ed two feel
(2') above the ground water, and additional construction
techniques should be Incorporated to alleviate future problems.
