I am in receipt of your FAX with questions regarding the carriage house permit. The
following responses are numbered to correspond with your eight inquiries or comments:
v( The window will be ordered with tempered glass.
~ The stair risers will be enclosed.
~ The second level will be used for light to medium storage and the main level
will have a wood-working shop and-vehicle storage.
vv.' They have deleted the central HV AC system.
vY' The electrical will be installed per NEC-
~ There will be no plumbing.
,;r We will install rails or half-walls on each side of the stair opening on the
second level.
~ Steve Zintell, architect, will deliver to you, by Friday 12/10 a stamped
certification letter regarding the sizing and load capacity for the Ills.
I noticed a hand written question regarding the flood zone. Just in case the message was
not forwarded, I called and left a message for Trudy, yesterday, that the lot is not in a
flood plain.
Please let me know if there is anything else you need. If not, please have someone let me
know ",hen the permit is ready for pickup.
