NOTICE OF CORRECTIONS: Permit Number # 030068B, Tenant Space Finish
1. Tenant units are occupied prior to a final inspection being conducted
and approved.
2. No Certificates of Occupancy have been issued for any of these units.
PALMER KELLY DESIGNS:
1. A rated wall is required between the M Use Group store and the Use Group S-1 storage area of
Palmer Kelley Designs. Rated wall covering with protected openings is required.
2. Provide show window receptacles as required per section 220-12 IEC.
3. Door way through rear is blocked with storage materials.
4. Amend plans to show 2nd floor storage walk in cooler and that this is a Use Group S-1.
5. Obtain tenant finish permit with new detailed plans.
GOLF UNLIMITED:
1. Not occupied, still under construction.
JIMMY'S BUFF-IT:
1. Occupied prior to inspection and approval, no certificate of occupancy
has been issued.
Unknown Contractor in rear north:
1. Provide complete details of tenant to include Use Group. Plans do not
show any detail other than open space. Occupants must have access to restroom.
NOTICE OF CORRECTIONS, Permit Number 020522B, Building Shell.
1. The business address numbering and/or iettering system is not as directed
by the Emergency Response Department. Re-address all units to correspond to
the legal addresses.
2. There is a trash receptacle on the side of the property, this receptacle
must be enclosed in accordance with the zoning ordinance.

3. NO inspections have been conducted on any of the electrical distribution system other than the
house panel. Remove the covers of all switch panels disconnects and panel boards for
inspection. This inspection must be conducted in the presence of the City of Carmel Inspector by
your contractor. Covers are not to be removed until inspector is present and not to be left
uncovered after inspection.
By the completion date all sign age at this location is to be in compliance and permitted through by Dawn
Patton at 571-2479. A site inspection is to be conducted by Scott Brewer for conformance with the Plan
Commission. An Approved for Occupancy inspection must be completed with Fire Marshall Gary Hoyt.
