The Developer/Owner will receive one-set which must be maintained on the construction site. Carmel Utilities will receive two-sets, our Public Works Inspector receives one-set and one-set is maintained in this office. 4. Please be advised that any installation of signs, walls, irrigation systems, etc. within dedicated casements wilI require a Consent to Encroach Agreement between the Owner and the City of Cannel. The agreement requires Board of Public Works and Safety approval. Installations within dedicated right of way will require Board approval. 5. 1 am including copies of: . Please be advised that Carmel Utilities do not subscribe to "Holey Moley" and should be contacted direetly for all sanitary sewer and water main locations. 7. Cannel Utilities wilI provide a separate review of this project. PROJECT COMMENTS 8. Please reduce the width of the curb cut at AAA way to two drives wide. In addition, please provide justification for the west drive location. This is the one-way drive exiting at Merchant's Square Drive. 9. Please add "Proposcd" to the realigned Merchant's Square Drive identification on sheet C-IO:l. Also helpful if Merchant's Squarc and Merehant's Square West identification would be added to the drawings, in addition to all cxisting drivcways within the vicinity of the drawings. 10. Reduee and/or eliminate pavement drainage to AAA Way by: a) including storm structures or b) by redesigning high points. 11. Identify all storm sewer structures mId pipes as either ncw or proposcd. Show all Top of Casting and Invert elevations. 12. The Merchant's Square Drive curb cut may have to be extended and connected to the cxisting Merchant's Square Drive pavement until the realignmcnt pr~iect is completed. 13. Please indicate, on all drawings, existing Merchant's Square Drive as light dashed lines and proposed Merchant's Square Drive as light solid lines. 14. Show rcmoval of and connection to existing AAA Way improvemcnts, i.c. curb removal/replaccmcnt, asphalt removal/rcplaccmcnt, inlcls, clc. You are responsible to sharc and distribute the information, responsibilities and cnclosures includcd in this correspondcnce with all owners, contractors or other entities that will be involved in this prqject. These comments are based upon the Engineering Department's initial and thorough review.
