Link Project Coordinator Bremner & Wiley, Inc. 250 East 96th Street, Suite 150 Indianapolis, IN 46240 Re: 201 Pennsylvania Parkway - Methodist Medical Plaza North - Beltway Surgery Center (Docket No. 103-01 ADLS Amend) Via US Mail & Facsimile (317.816.8610) Dear Mr. Link, At the meeting held September 4, 2001, the Special Study Committee of the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission took the following action regarding the Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage Amendment petition filed by yourself for property located at 201 Pennsylvania Parkway: APPROVED: Docket No. 103-01 ADLS Amend, a petition under Section 23B.2(F)(4) of Chapter 23B: US 31/Meridian Street Overlay Zone in order to amend the Sign Plan approved for a Multi- tenant, Multi-level Building (Meridian Medical Plaza North) under Docket No. 68-94 ADLS. The Committee voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition for the revised design presented the night of the meeting. A Developmental Standards Variance petition of Section 25. 7.02-10(b): Number & Type will need to be filed in order to allow four (4) identification signs to be oriented toward the south frontage of the building. An additional Developmental Standards Variance petition of Section 25. 7.02-10(b): Number & Type will need to be filed in order to allow four (4) identification signs to be mounted on the south fa9ade. The next filing deadline for the Board of Zoning Appeals is Friday, October 12,2001, for a Monday, November 26, 2001, hearing date. Until such time as the Board of Zoning Appeals has heard and approved these petitions, permits for this sign cannot be issued.
